Eugenio’s Café Gelato: Taste of Italy

Nothing beats the creamy smoothness of hand-crafted gelato. Customers who’ve sampled the real deal in Italy say Eugenio’s Café Gelato is about as good as it gets. It’s made on the premises using the proprietor’s family recipes from the old country. Gelato tends to be lighter and airier than ice cream, with a super-smooth texture and an intense flavor. The good news is that it also has slightly less fat and calories than ice cream, so you can decrease the guilt factor when enjoying it. An abundance of flavors makes it hard to settle on just one; there’s lemon, Oreo cookie, pistachio, coconut, and chocolate-hazelnut, to name just a few. Coffee drinks and a wide assortment of pastries are also available, including biscotti, cannoli, chocolate cake, and cookies. Closed on Sundays.
